Ghanaian-British actress, Clare-Hope Ashitey has been cast as a series regular in ‘Harlem’s Kitchen,’ a family restaurant drama pilot by American Television network, ABC. The production is set in a dining restaurant in Harlem and centers on Ellis Rice (played by Delroy Lindo), Executive Chef and patriarch, who runs a successful restaurant with his wife CC (Sheryl Lee Ralph) and three daughters.
