R&B superstar Usher this week paid US$12,000 for a puppy. This was at an event " Pencils of Promise " Gala. After a hotly contested bidding , Usher won beating Jessica Szohr. The NGO builds schools in Laos , Nicaragua , Guatemala and Ghana ( never heard/seen of any of their projects in Ghana though)
