  The annual American Music Awards which is in its 40th year wa held at the Nokia Center , Los Angeles and had Justin Bieber winning the most awards including the topmost award ' the artist of the year ' .      Justin bieber, One Direction and taylor swift won the most awards at last night's ( 11th November ) MTVEMA ( Music Television European Music awards) which was held in Frankfurt,Germany. hitney Houston was honoured with the MTV Global Icon Prize. The awards ceremony was hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum . There were performances by The killers , No doubt , Psy , Carly Rae Jepsen,Rita Ora and Taylor Swift who closed the show with a song off her " RED" album  " we are never ever getting back " .    Country music artist Taylor Swift made history this week as she sold  1.208 million copies of her recent album " RED " . This is  a big deal because the last time any artist made such big sales was in 2002 by Eminem selling 1.322 million copies.  In an era where albums sales have being continuously low, this certainly is a plus . @Ghameli
